WOW Hawkeye, you're fast!

I wonder if the lib judge who ruled in Newdow's favor realizes he will probably make Bush's next pick, that much more Conservative now?

RAM,
Probably not! Those libs are absolutely moronic. If they evaluated things "intelligently", then they would be conservatives and not liberals!

Regards,
Hawkeye®

Stop YELLING... ok?

Kajun,
I'm so old... I know, I know, you fell off your dinosaur or sumptin.

Camo,
Probably not until Roberts gets through the judiciary committee.

You may be right; hopefully that'll be fairly soon...

Hawkeye and Camojack: I think Bush is waiting for Roberts to be confirmed first too. BUT, I think it will be VERY shortly afterward!

Schumer was on O'Reilly last night and it sounds like he will vote for Roberts. If true, that has to worry me a bit. I hope Roberts doesn't turn out as another Souter.

RAM,
I don't know if Schumer will vote for Roberts or not. I saw that O'Reilly show too, and Bill was teasing Schumer about voting for Roberts. Schumer never committed one way or another, but he did have the courage to admit that Roberts was the MOST intellectual judge that had ever come before the judiciary committee (in his opinion). I think if Schumer voted NO, he'd come off looking like the complete A$$hat he really is.
